Paige is a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, receiving her certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2024. She is passionate about helping others come to love movement and feel confident in their bodies, while specializing in endurance sports and helping others create foundational strength that allows them to perform pain free come race day.
Paige is a Colorado girl who loves the outdoors and spending time in the sunshine. As a kid, she tried a little bit of everything sports-wise before landing on horseback riding and had a competitive junior career in dressage, including representing the United States Region 5 in the North American Junior/Young Rider Championships.
In college, Paige rekindled her love for swimming, biking, and running and after graduation, became an avid participant in Triathlon, including several successful race performances and podium finishes.
Growing up with high performance running parents, Paige was exceptionally fortunate to have had a front row seat to elite training practices, the importance of understanding kinesiology, and the emphasis of health and wellness and a prioritization in life. As she continues on her own Ironman triathlon training, she realizes there is an importance to share this wealth of knowledge with others, and understands the power that fitness and healthy eating can impact our mental wellbeing.
As our world becomes increasingly inundated with popular but largely misleading trends, Paige places a heavy emphasis on using scientifically backed practices in both nutrition and fitness coaching. She understands that everyone is unique and there is no “one size fits all”, and is excited to work with everyone on their own dynamic wellness journeys. Whether you’re starting at “10 mindful minutes of movement a day” or expanding on your athletic performance and are striving for a podium finish, you are welcome here.
A lover of animals and bad puns, Paige is ready to help others explore their physical and nutritional goals, and help them every step of the way.
